Cristian Miranda

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Cristian provides a breath of skills to the development of Cypress Energy. Throughout his experiences he has guided Fortune companies to long term government contracts that provide essential services to constituents, lobbied state governments on critical legislation, and gained valuable research experience through academia. Cristian holds a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration and is in pursuit of a Master of Science in Business Analytics. He strives to reduce the carbon emissions in the buildings sector through data driven recommendations to our clients, and believes the implementation of an ESG strategy will yield returns far beyond their initial investment.

Natalie Casper

MANAGING PARTNER

Natalie is the Managing Director at Cypress Energy. She helps drive sustainability strategy, focusing on electrification, smart technology integration, and decarbonization with various clients across the real estate industry. Natalie comes to Cypress with a background in the real estate sector, working both as a leasing agent and a marketing director of a new construction leads company. It was her previous experience that encouraged her to pursue a career in sustainable development and help companies save energy, decrease operating expenses, and reduce their carbon footprint. Aside from greening up the building sector, she’s especially passionate about volunteering with local and international organizations that work to clean the oceans and preserve marine habitats.Natalie grew up in Austin, Texas, and loves hitting the local hiking trails with her pup, spends her free time swimming and paddle boarding, and goes camping any chance she gets. 

Amelia Nelson

SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST

Amelia is a sustainability analyst at Cypress, helping the team complete energy saving projects and researching new sustainable technologies for clients. She also leads strategic development in several technology focus areas, including EV charging. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Environmental Science, where she learned how to incorporate corporate social responsibility into business strategy. Amelia is passionate about all things sustainability and ESG and is looking forward to helping others achieve their energy goals.
